We do this by providing our clients with a “Service Level Builder,” which is an à la carte selection process that allows our clients to quickly select the best service strategy for your needs.
With this unique approach, we provide a highly detailed RASCI chart to clearly define team members’ roles and responsibilities. We work collaboratively with you to build a RASCI chart that is effective for the whole team.
