HOW DO I APPLY?

CAN I APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE VACANCY?

Yes, you can. However, we encourage you to apply for the position that meets your competencies, experience, skill level and expectations. We have a specialized and experienced Talent Acquisition Team that reviews applications against all our open vacancies. WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I INCLUDE IN MY RESUME / CV? DO I NEED A COVER LETTER?

We want to hear about your recent work experience, your general experience and any specialized skills you have. We encourage you to inform us in your application about you skill level and relevant experience to the role you are applying to. Unless specified in the application, we do not require a cover letter but are happy to receive should you wish to send to us for review.

Candidate Selection

WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL RECRUITMENT STAGES?

We initially have a brief call with you after reviewing your application to discuss the role and answer any questions you may have. Where the role requires specific technical skills, we verify these skills with you. Following that, we invite you for interview at our office where you will be interviewed by 1 or more members of the hiring team. We expect to deliver feedback within 3 days of the interview.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE INTERVIEW?

Help us to get to know and understand your skills for the role. Highlight any information you wish to inform us about and be sure to speak to us about your relevance for the position you are interviewing. Come with a few examples in mind that demonstrate your strengths. Ask any questions you have about the opportunity.

SHOULD I ASK QUESTIONS?

Yes absolutely. This is your interview and a great opportunity for you to get to know us too.

WILL YOU TEST MY KNOWLEDGE?

Yes, but don’t worry, we are not here to catch you out! We use various different questions in the interview to understand your skills and suitability for the role. For technical positions, we may ask you to demonstrate your knowledge with a basic assessment. For example, completing a basic assembly.

HOW DO I RECEIVE FEEDBACK?

We expect to deliver feedback no later than 3 days after the interview.

DO YOU OFFER ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS?

Yes we offer entry level positions. We want to build careers and entry level positions are important to us.

WHAT TYPE OF CONTRACT DO YOU OFFER?

Our main aim is to offer full-time employment. There are rare occasions where we are seeking candidates for a fixed term due to the requirements of the specific role.

I NEED A VISA, SHOULD I APPLY?

There are some roles where we may be able to get you a visa. This is however unlikely.

CAN I WITHDRAW MY APPLICATION?

Yes, please contact us at the relevant office location and one of our Talent Acquisition Team will withdraw your application from our system.

AM I SAFE TO ATTEND AN INTERVIEW DURING COVID-19?

Yes. Subject to local government guidelines, all our interviews for local opportunities continue to be face-to-face interviews. We ensure your safety by implementing the appropriate protocols. This will be outlined and discussed with you in advance of coming to our premises for interview.
