Darrell brings over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and staffing industry. Before becoming president, Darrell was V.P. of Business Development for NSTAR, where he was responsible for assisting NSTAR customers with innovative service solutions, helping to grow the company to where it is today. In his more than two decades in the semiconductor industry, Darrell has held positions as Field Service Engineer, Field Service Manager and Sales Account Representative for various companies such as Texas Instruments, Lam Research and Applied Materials. He brings a strong customer/personnel development and client focus to his role as president. Darrell holds degrees in electronic engineering and business management.
Elizabeth joined the NSTAR team as a Candidate Recruiter in May 2010, and has since grown with the organization, accepting her current role in August of 2013. She has over four years of experience sourcing, networking and recruiting in high-tech industries, including semiconductor, solar, automation, construction and facilities. Elizabeth keeps up to date with the latest technical recruiting news by being an active member of the Triangle Technical Recruiters Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. As a graduate of North Carolina State University, Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in human resources.
In 2016, Tim Hare was appointed to the role of general manager after working for NSTAR Global Services since 2008. He originally joined as part of the sales team, then progressed through the corporate side of NSTAR’s business development strategies. Tim brings over 30 years of experience, previously serving as managing director and major shareholder of a U.K.-based production engineering and design company specialized in supplying the automotive, aerospace and defense industries. He earned a Higher National Certificate (a higher-education qualification in the United Kingdom), in mechanical engineering.
