Rick met his wife on assignment in Richmond, Virginia, while completing the world’s first 300mm full fab decommissioning.

Rick enjoys being paid to travel the world and experience other cultures authentically. He refers to his co-workers as his “Band of Brothers.”
One ongoing challenge is securing supplies and tools in other countries without speaking those languages, and not being able to pay for them using a credit card.
One challenge faced in remote locations is figuring out how to disassemble semiconductor equipment safely without specialty tools.
